The project includes two residences with basement and garage. Although both houses have the same size and form one single volume, each of them is unique, in contrast with the usual commercial practices.
The houses are developed on three levels. The ground floor consists of the everyday living spaces, which are arranged in direct contact with the courtyard, while the bedrooms with their bathrooms are on the upper floors.
The residences were conceived according to bioclimatic design principles. All large glass surfaces are south orientated and surrounded by a system of covered verandas, terraces and pergolas that provide natural cooling during hot summer months, supplemented by cross ventilation.
