On a 6.500 sq.m. site in Mykonos, 18 self-contained residences for short-term stays are arranged in three linear, earth-sheltered groups. Their layout follows the slope of the terrain, while planted roofs continue the contours of the hillside. The façades open to the south, connecting the interiors with terraces and views of the landscape.
Metal pergolas shade the outdoor spaces, while light wells at the rear bring daylight and fresh air into the residences. Local stone retaining walls and a restrained material palette allow the built forms to settle into their surroundings.
