A 550 sq.m. neoclassical building dating from 1910 has been given a new hospitality use in the historic centre of Athens. The restoration preserves its façade and architectural character, while structural reinforcement, upgraded building systems and a new interior layout adapt it to contemporary needs.

The accommodation is arranged across eight different apartment types. Load-bearing stone walls, marble balconies and the timber staircase remain part of the building’s identity, alongside contemporary interventions within. A small courtyard offers a quiet outdoor space within the dense urban setting.
