The project involves the gradual modernization and expansion of an existing pharmaceutical manufacturing complex in Koropi, aiming to upgrade its facilities and meet growing production and operational requirements.

The complex is organized around the main production building, covering approximately 9.560 sq.m. , which has undergone structural reinforcement and extensive interior modifications. The overall development includes the expansion of production facilities, new buildings for quality control laboratories, administration and supporting functions, as well as upgrades to the energy center and mechanical infrastructure.

The works are carried out in successive phases, with particular emphasis on the functional integration of new and existing facilities, flexibility for future expansion, and the continuity of production operations.

The architectural approach aims to establish a unified identity through modern construction solutions, consistent design elements, and materials that reflect the industrial character of the complex.
