The project involves the renovation and redesign of an 80 sq.m. Georgian-era apartment in Beaufort Gardens, Knightsbridge, in central London.

The main design objective was to make the most of the available space through a complete reorganization of the interior layout, creating an additional bedroom. The new arrangement includes an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with an elevated study space that takes advantage of the apartment’s generous ceiling height.

The redesigned openings strengthen the connection between the interior spaces and the balcony, while improving natural daylight. Custom-designed elements integrate the new functions into the overall architectural composition.

High-quality materials and clean contemporary lines are combined with the preservation of the property’s original period features, creating a balance between its historic architectural character and modern living requirements.
